The plain rules for shopping with FIKRR.
1. About these terms
These terms apply when you use fikrr.store or buy from FIKRR. By placing an order you agree to them. If you have questions, email FIKRR.co@gmail.com.
2. Eligibility
You must be 18 or older, or use the site with the involvement of a parent or guardian, and be able to enter a binding contract under Indian law.
3. Your account
You are responsible for keeping your login details safe and for activity under your account. Tell us straight away if you think someone else has used it.
4. Products and colours
We try to show every product accurately. Colours can look different on different screens, and small variations in finish are part of how our pieces are made.
5. Prices
Prices are in Indian rupees and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Shipping is added at checkout. We can change prices at any time, but the price you pay is the one shown when you place the order.
6. Orders
Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we confirm dispatch. We may decline or cancel an order, for example if an item is out of stock, a price is clearly wrong, or we suspect fraud. If we cancel after you have paid, we refund you in full.
7. Payment
Payment is taken at checkout through Shopify's checkout and its payment partners. You confirm you are authorised to use the payment method you choose.
8. Shipping
Delivery is covered by our Shipping policy. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.
9. Returns, exchanges and refunds
These are covered by our Refund and exchange policy.
10. Discount codes and store credit
Codes cannot be combined unless stated, have no cash value, and may expire. We may withdraw a code that is being misused.
11. Intellectual property
The FIKRR name, the Arabic mark, our designs, photos and text belong to FIKRR. You may not copy, reproduce or sell them without our written permission.
12. Using the site fairly
Do not misuse the site, including by trying to break its security, scraping it, placing fake orders or reselling in bulk without our agreement.
13. Liability
We are responsible for losses that are a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing here limits rights you have under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
14. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page when you place an order is the one that applies to it.
15. Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Our grievance officer is Priyansh Gulati, Co-founder, at FIKRR.co@gmail.com. Complaints are acknowledged within 48 hours and resolved within one month. Any dispute that is not resolved will be handled by the courts with jurisdiction in India.
