Do you ship outside India?
Not yet. We ship to addresses in India only.
How much is shipping?
Free on orders of ₹2,999 and above. ₹99 below that.
When will my order arrive?
We dispatch within 2 to 3 working days. Delivery usually takes 3 to 7 working days after that.
How do I track my order?
Use the link in your shipping email, sign in to your account, or see Track your order.
Can I change my address after ordering?
Yes, if the order has not shipped. Email FIKRR.co@gmail.com with your order number and the new address.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, for a full refund, as long as it has not been dispatched. Email FIKRR.co@gmail.com with your order number.
Returns and exchanges
Can I exchange for a different size?
Yes, within 7 days of delivery, subject to stock. Start on Make a return or exchange.
Do you give refunds?
Refunds are for damaged, defective or wrong items, and for orders cancelled before dispatch. For change of mind we give store credit. See the Refund and exchange policy.
My item arrived damaged. What do I do?
Email FIKRR.co@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and the parcel. Pickup is free and you choose a replacement or a full refund.
How long is store credit valid?
6 months from the date it is issued.
Product and care
How do I pick my size?
Check the size details on the product page. Still unsure? Email us your height and usual size and we will help you pick.
How should I wash my FIKRR pieces?
Follow the care label inside each piece. As a rule, wash inside out in cold water and dry in the shade.
Will you restock sold-out pieces?
Some pieces come back, many do not. Follow @fikrr.co to hear about drops first.

Payments are processed by Shopify's checkout and its payment partners. We never see or store your full card details.
